Watercolor paintings are nonreturnable and nonrefundable under any circumstance. If the frame arrives broken, we will be happy to provide a new frame at no additional cost to you. If you are unsatisfied with the composition, colors used, or any other aspect of the painting, we apologize. We strongly advise against using close-up photos of people's faces as subject matter. Custom paintings are created by an artist here at our studio. Every time a new painting is created, the utmost care and sensitivity is applied to create a piece of art we hope you will love. To ensure your love of the finished piece, please let the artist know your desires when you submit your photography. She will be happy to talk with you in length before the painting has begun.
